-The Company's business comprises of the following three divisions:
- Gears: Bharat Gears is one of the largest gear manufacturers for OEMs in India, with a leading edge in gear technology in India. It is a major exporter to North American, European, and Asian countries. The Company manufactures a wide range of ring gears and pinions, transmission gears and shafts, differential gears, and gearboxes. The Company’s largest sales segment is agriculture machinery, followed by the automotive segment which includes light, medium, and heavy commercial vehicles, and Construction equipment and others.
- Auto Components: The company manufacture and supply a wide array of automotive parts including Automotive Clutches and Components, Turbo Chargers and Components, Driveline Products, Axle Shafts, Fly Wheel Assemblies and Rings, Propeller Shaft Components, U-J Cross, Steering Components, Differential Cages and Steel Wheel Rims.
- Furnaces: Manufactures heat treatment furnaces on site primarily for the automotive component industry.
-The Company has embarked on a long-term strategy in the last few years that focused on exports.
