On May 9, Karsan announced that it showcased its strength by presenting electric, autonomous, and hydrogen technologies at the Next Mobility Expo held in Milan, Italy. The company showcased its 12-meter e-ATA HYDROGEN, electric e-JEST, and the world's first Level 4 autonomous bus, Autonomous e-ATAK at the expo.

Additionally, the company also signed a dealership agreement with KMobility SRL, to expand its electric vehicle ecosystem in Italy.

On May 8, Automobili Lamborghini unveiled its first plug-in hybrid Urus SE SUV in the Middle East region at an event in Dubai. The Urus SE combines a re-engineered twin-turbo 4.0 V8 engine with an electric powertrain, delivering an output of 800 CV and 950 Nm of torque, the highest in its category. With both thermal and electric power, emissions are reduced by 80%.

Valeo Group (Valeo) announced that ICAP Group would take over Ferentino Automotive Transition Srl, the Valeo company owning the Ferentino site.  Valeo and ICAP Group signed a closing agreement for it. 

ICAP Group’s subsidiary Tecnobus, an Italian manufacturer of electric-powered minibuses is already present in Frosinone. ICAP Group will use this site to increase its footprint to support its rapid production ramp-up as demand for electric mobility booms.
