Account Executive/ Sales Executive (full time)

We are seeking an inside Sales rep to join our team. You will own the whole sales cycle from lead to closing. Their key responsibility will be to generate qualified sales leads and follow the sales process to close the sale. This individual will be a highly motivated, self-starter able to identify and develop prospects from multiple sources, follow up on leads generated through marketing programs, as well as independent prospecting and other lead generation strategies. Success will be measured by the number of qualified sales opportunities created and sales conducted monthly.


Responsibilities:

  • Generate a sales pipeline matching MarkLines data solution to customer challenges to produce revenue in line with quota by Conducting webinars with leads to showcase content
  • Maintain in real time all sales activity in CRM platform with up to date information
  • Achieve assigned sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
  • Frequently meet with customers in-person and virtually to maintain and grow business
  • Represent and promote the company to all levels and functions at the OEMs and Suppliers mainly
  • Develop and maintain a high level of understanding and knowledge of MarkLines products and services offerings, learn new products, systems, processes and articulate them effectively to clients
  • Collaborate cross functionally with peers and colleagues to share best-practices and to ensure that the “voice of the customer” is reflected in marketing, product, operational and decision-making processes
  • Provide input on new product development projects (voice of customer)
  • Focus on becoming an integrated extension of the customers support team

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor or Associate Degree in Business, Communications or related field.
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms or related software
  • Experience with B2B lead generation development /inside sales and/or client-facing experience
  • Ability to understand prospect workflow, strategy and objective to provide solution-based approach for successful outcome
  • Demonstrate ability to meet and/or exceed determined sales and activity quotas.
  • A results-oriented individual who can work in a team environment, as well as make independent decisions.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Passion for data, analyzing data, and what insights it can drive
