Vice President, Sales (full time)

As the automotive industry undergoes significant transformation, we continue to enhance the value of our services through initiatives such as the beta release of generative AI features powered by our proprietary automotive database.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies
• Manage sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Manage and grow relationships with key customers
• Drive new business development activities
• Lead, coach, and develop the sales team
• Report business results and sales activities to North American management
• Build and maintain long-term relationships within the automotive industry

Qualifications

• Proven B2B sales experience
• Experience managing and developing sales organizations
• Demonstrated success in customer acquisition and revenue growth
• Experience in sales forecasting, target management, and performance analysis
• Strong customer relationship management and negotiation skills
• Business-level English communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Working Hours

• Monday – Friday　8:30 AM - 6:00 PM　(60-minute lunch break)

Compensation

• Compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and previous compensation.
