A retainer fee is charged upon engagement, and we conduct dedicated searches with full responsibility toward successful hiring. We provide regular progress updates and candidate feedback, enabling collaborative discussions on next steps. This service is particularly suitable for confidential searches or highly challenging positions where success-based recruitment may not deliver results.

Fees are charged only when a candidate introduced by us is successfully hired.

This recruitment method involves approaching candidates designated by the client.
