-On May 12, 2020, Shanghai Feilo Acoustics Co., Ltd. received a notice that State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the Shanghai Municipal Governmentapproved the proposal made by its board of directors to acquire a 100% stake in Shanghai INESA Auto Electronics System Co., Ltd., by issuing 561,239,319 shares to INESA Electronics (Group) Co., Ltd.
