Oct. 1993 | A joint-venture subsidiary, Baoding Jin Fengfan Storage Battery Co., Ltd., was established in partnership with Technical Service Center of Bank of China, Baoding Branch and Hongkong Haofu Co.,Ltd.. |
1999 | Due to the reorganization of the parent company, the Company was placed under control of China Shipbuilding Industry Corporation. |

July. 2004 | With the listing of the Company's shares on the market in June, the Company acquired a 25% stock of its joint-venture subsidiary Baoding Jin Fengfan Storage Battery Co., Ltd. from the joint-venture partner, increasing its share of ownership to 100%, and absorbed the affiliate into its own organization |
April. 2006 | The Company established Tangshan Fengfan Hongwen Battery Co., Ltd., a subsidiary to manufacture batteries. |

Sep. 2008 | The Company and Amelio Solar Inc. of the U.S. jointly established Baoding Fengfan Photovoltaic Power Co., Ltd. to manufacture silicon thin film solar cells. |
Nov. 2011 | The Company acquired it's subsidiary—Shanghai Fengfan Storage Co.,Ltd.'s another 10% sharehlolding and made it into its wholly-owned subsidiary. |
