The China Passenger Car Association (CPCA) announced the production and sales volumes of passenger cars (including sedans, SUVs, MPVs but not minivans) for September 2022.
Retail
September retail sales of passenger cars totaled 1.922 million units, reflecting a year-over-year (y/y) increase of 21.5%.
New Energy Vehicles (NEVs)
In September, wholesale volumes of NEV passenger cars were 675,000 units, up 94.9% y/y.
