On January 13, Advik Hi-Tech unveiled an expansive portfolio of its latest technology solutions spanning across ICE, Electric Vehicles, CNG, and hydrogen fuel segments at the Auto Components Expo in New Delhi. The company also outlined its growth strategy for 2025 to double its growth in the next three years. The company has earmarked a CAPEX of about INR 5 billion to meet its expansion requirements for product and capacity development over the next three years.
The product unveiled by the company included the next generation of oil pumps, water pumps, and vacuum pumps to meet the Euro 6 Emission norms. It also displayed a new generation EGR valve, solenoid purge valve, and solenoid air secondary valve. Advik also announced the launch of new electric oil pumps and electric water pumps with 3-way and 4-way control valves for improved thermal management and lubrication for ICE and electric vehicles. This also includes an electric vacuum pump to aid braking in passenger cars and commercial vehicles in collaboration with Entecnia, Spain.
Further, it launched the latest generation hydraulic CBS disc braking system and mechanical CBS drum brake system for the electric vehicle two-wheeler market. In the alternative fuel segment, Advik showcased the latest CNG regulators developed in collaboration with Nikki Co. Ltd. of Japan for passenger cars and commercial vehicles including the entire CNG system comprising of CNG electronic control units (ECU), injectors, filling valves, and tank valves.

Brakes India unveiled their Motor on Drum brakes for the passenger car segment, completely designed and developed by Brakes India, at the Auto Expo 2023. The company also displayed its air braking system, iron castings, and the aftermarket portfolio for both light and commercial vehicle segments. Brakes India's complete air actuation range from the compact air distribution unit to the condensate separator with supreme oil separation efficiency were also displayed at the expo. On September 22, TCF group, part of the T S Santhanam family with lineage from the erstwhile TVS Group unveiled its new global product line-up for the commercial vehicles segment at IAA Transportation 2022. The group's portfolio companies unveiled their products for the European markets during the event where the company’s subsidiary Brakes India showcased a new lightweight Monobloc 22.5 piston air disc brake.
The TCF group’s other company Axles India showcased a trailer Axle with a size range of Size range 9T to 14T. Its key features include Tubular or Box Section Type Constructions, Hub Ends, and Disc/Drum Brake. A painted milled Wheeland, the powder matt black wheel alloy was also showcased from the portfolio of Wheels India. The products would cater to the truck, bus, and trailer applications. The ongoing event is currently being held from September 20 to 25 in Hannover, Germany.
