          Oct. 1979 Established Eagle EG&G Inc. (currently EKK Eagle America Inc.) in order to manufacture and sell bellow valves in the U.S.A.
          Jane, 1982 Listed on the Second Section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
          Apr. 1985 Established Ukan Precision Co., Ltd.
          Oct. 1987 Established P.T. Eagle Industry Indonesia in Indonesia.
          Dec. 1987 The Company, NOK, and Zuishin Tsusho Corporation (Korea) jointly established NOK Eagle Korea Co., Ltd. in order to manufacture and sell mechanical seals.
          Jan. 1988 Established Eagle Industry (Thailand) Co., Ltd.
          Mar. 1989 Established Eagle Machine Works Co., Ltd. in order to manufacture mechanical seals and other products. for

          Sep. 2002 Established Eagle Industry Wuxi Co., Ltd. (China) in order to manufacture mechanical seals, reed valves, and other products.
          Apr. 2003 Merged the nine companies under Eagle Techno into Eagle Techno East Japan Co., Ltd., which became the surviving company. It was later renamed to Eagle Techno Co., Ltd. (The company is now called Eagle Brugmann Japan Co., Ltd.)
          Jan. 2004 Acquired 65% of the share equity in Kobelco Marine Engineering Co., Ltd. from Kobe Steel, Ltd. (This company is currently Kobelco Eagle Marine Engineering Co., Ltd.)
          Oct. 2004 Niigata Eagle Co., Ltd. was renamed to EagleBurgmann Industries, Ltd.
          Oct. 2004 Eagle Techno Co., Ltd. was renamed to EagleBurgmann Techno Co., Ltd.
          Jan. 2004 Started sales of Burgmann products in Japan.
          Oct. 2005 Signed a joint-venture agreement with Burgmann Industries GmbH & Co. KG (based in Germany) dealing with the production of mechanical seals for industrial use.
          Jan. 2005 EagleBurgmann Industries, Ltd. adopted a new name, EagleBurgmann Japan Co., Ltd.
          Apr. 2006 NOK Eagle Korea Co., Ltd. adopted a new corporate name, NEK Co., Ltd.
          Nov. 2007 EagleBurgmann Japan Co., Ltd. and EagleBurgmann Techno Co., Ltd. merged, with EagleBurgmann Japan Co., Ltd. being the surviving company.
          Mar. 2009 Eagle Seals and Systems India Ltd. (based in India) and Burgmann India PVT Ltd. merged, with Eagle Seals and Systems India Ltd. being the surviving company. The corporate name was changed to EagleBurgmann India PVT. Ltd.
          Apr. 2009 Sold 25% of its share in EagleBurgmann Japan Co., Ltd to Burgmann International GmbH.
          Sep. 2009 Made a 25% investment in Burgmann Industries GmbH & Co. KG (currently EagleBurgmann Germany GmbH & Co. KG).
